Acceptable Use
InsideMode exists to keep you safe online, not to watch other people. These rules apply to every search.
Last updated: November 4, 202601Search only to protect yourself
- Check someone you're already talking to, before you meet or send money.
- Find out where your own photos are being used.
02Never
- Stalk, harass, threaten or expose anyone.
- Out someone's sexual orientation, health, religion, politics or sex work.
- Search for a minor.
- Photograph a stranger to find out who they are. The camera only takes selfies, for “Find my photos”.
- Make decisions about jobs, housing, credit or insurance.
- Share, publish or resell results.
03A match is not proof
A similar face isn't the same person. Never accuse, threaten or expose someone because of a match.
04What happens if you break these rules
We can suspend or close your account without refund, and report serious cases to the authorities.
05See something wrong?
Report a wrong match or misuse, or ask us to remove a link, on our removal page. No account needed.
